Shipping policy

At Seeds Connect, we understand that our customers are the heart of our business. Our goal is to make sure that every customer has a positive experience with us. To ensure that your shopping experience with us is seamless, we encourage you to carefully read our Shipping Policy before placing an order. We believe that transparency is key to building trust with our customers, and we want to make sure that you fully understand our shipping terms.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the necessary information about your order, including the tracking number, courier partner, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails.

Please visit our dedicated TRACK YOUR ORDER page on our website. Here, you will be able to enter your tracking number and monitor the progress of your shipment as it makes its way to your doorstep.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING

We have chosen the most affordable shipping rates through Priority Mail International. It can take up to 3-7 business days to process orders after they are received. Delivery can range from 15-30 business days depending on your location (does not deliver on Sundays or holidays) and does not guarantee a specific delivery time. Due to differing international customs processes, Seeds Connect cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once they have left our warehouse.

If you encounter any tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier if you did not receive your package. You may file a complaint report with them directly. In some cases, we may choose to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon receipt, based on the total value of your order. If you want to ensure that we ship your international package with tracking confirmation to your door, you may make a direct request with our Customer Service at support@seedsconnect.org.


INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package arrives with missing or incomplete items, please contact us at support@seedsconnect.org with your order number and the details of the missing or incomplete items within 48 hours of receiving the package. Depending on inventory and stock, we may ship products separately. In this case, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails containing the tracking number for each package. We will cover the shipping costs for any missing or incomplete items. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund for the missing or incomplete items.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
