2. SEED GERMINATION: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We stand behind the quality of our seeds. We are dedicated to ensuring our customers' success and will provide guidance on proper planting methods. If, after following our instructions diligently, the seeds still do not germinate, we will initiate a refund for you. However, if a chargeback is unilaterally raised without prior communication with us, we firmly reject this action as it significantly impacts our business operations without giving us the opportunity to assist you effectively.
